Social Determinants of Health Week will begin February 03 with the theme of Education and continue each following Monday with the themes of Social Isolation, Food Insecurity, and Chapter's Choice respectively. @CNSA1 @CnsaResearch #SDOH

English:

In preparation for our Determinants of Health Week, we are reaching out to hear from others how they, their people, or people they know have been impacted by Education, Social Isolation, or Food Insecurity. We are hoping to share these messages to communicate our realities. This initiative will allow you to share your story with nursing students from all across Canada, and may help someone to understand they're not alone.
