About the event
This week will allow chapter schools to raise awareness about several social determinants of health (SDoH). Resources will be provided for chapters from the CPHC and chapter schools are encouraged to be creative and take on a leadership role in organization.
Each Monday of the month February, 2020 will be dedicated to a different SDoH as a theme. The first three have been organized by the committee and on the last Monday, chapters are encouraged to create their on theme depending on the needs of their community.
